Firstly, we work closely with you to determine your specific requirements for the equipment, typically in the form of a User Requirement Specification (URS).

Our team of experts covers the mechanical, electrical, and control system elements of the equipment. Design is delivered and agreed via engineering drawings and design specification documents.

We support you with pre-sales, planning, engineering, and integration of all systems.

From Machine Build to Operational Start-Up

Vendors build the machine under their quality system and conduct internal testing. Our team help perform customer testing (FAT) at the vendor facility to ensure equipment compliance with the URS.

Equipment is then shipped, installed, and commissioned at the customer site. Testing also occurs at your site to verify full functionality (SAT).

Qualification and Validation: Our team conducts GMP testing to qualify the equipment and validate the manufacturing process.

Operational Integration: The equipment is integrated into your manufacturing system, we then provide training, documentation, and operational support.
